Evaporative Coolers

The construction of the evaporative coolers is a self supporting metal frame fabricated in galvanised steel plate with phosphate priming coat.

The double forward curved air fan motor is mounted on an independent base frame with shock adsorbers with flexible joint at the discharge which passes air through the evaporative media pad made of Cellulose paper with wetting and strengthening agents. Mounted in a galvanised steel frame these cassettes include an integrated water distribution device which delivers the water to the top of the cassette once it has passed through the automatic fill valve and immersion pump.

Electrical supplies are housed in an IP55 connection box with isolation switches for the fan and pump motors.

Evaporative coolers offer a high degree of cooling at a fraction of the capital or running costs of other air conditioning systems.

The HEF evaporative coolers come in a range of configurations to facilitate factory ceiling mounted applications or to be floor mounted where space allows. Units range in size to suit the smallest unit to the largest warehouse.
