Planned Maintenance Targets Exceeded

Humidity Solutions after sales department have been hard at work making sure that the humidifiers and dehumidifiers out in service are running at their optimum and to ensure that our customers have the most cost effective solution for maintenance.In doing this Humidity Solutions have seen their planned maintenance figures being achieved after 10 months of the current company financial year whilst also seeing a fall in emergency call outs.

Rob Luddington – After sales Manager stated “ by planning pro active maintenance visits we are able to ensure that the humidifiers run efficiently and reliably which assists the client in two critical ways one is that it saves the client money as we are able to charge less for a planned visit than an emergency call out and secondly down time due to break down is all but eliminated ensuring excellent performance and stress free ownership”.  He adds “ this approach helps Humidity Solutions to run a more efficient after sales operation which has the welcome benefit of reducing callouts which cause disruption and take a disproportionate amount of time. Callouts have reduced as we have educated our customers on the cost savings and operation benefits of planned maintenance – everyone benefits”.
